Exchange, Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation
A. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us by phone at 03-3734007 or through the Order Cancellation page.

B. Every product is carefully quality-checked before shipping. If a defect is found, you must contact us immediately upon receiving the product to receive the appropriate service. The company is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping — the responsibility lies with the customer.

All products undergo thorough quality control prior to dispatch. Returns will not be accepted for products whose packaging has been opened or that have been used — even once. Please make sure the product you are ordering is indeed the one you want.

Products that remain sealed and unused can be returned or exchanged in-store, sent back via registered mail, or collected by courier within 14 days of purchase. In such cases, you will receive a store credit equal to the product’s value or exchange it for another item, with no time limit on using the credit.

* Under the Consumer Protection Law, customers who make remote purchases may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction details — whichever is later.

* A 5% handling fee applies to product returns.

* You may use our courier service for returns or exchanges at a cost of 58₪ (pickup and return included).
